Neillsville (Job’s Daughters –1964)

 

Bethel No. 40 of Job’s Daughters, Neillsville, held election of officers at a recent meeting.  Miss Carla Dern was elected honored queen to succeed Avis Moberg. Carla is the daughter of Mrs. Ruth Dern of Neillsville. Installation will be held June 8.

 

Elected to serve with Miss Dern are: Sheri Matheson, Senior princess; Nancy Hicks, junior princess; Trudi Hill, guide; Ann Lukes, marshal; Lyn Opelt, Chaplain; Sherri Ray, treasurer; and Margaret Tharp of Granton, recorder; Cathy Bremer, musician; Jo Ann Bollom, librarian.

 

Messengers elected were: Jane Vine, Sharon Olson, Jane Harvey, Joy Simenson, and Ida Jean Meinholdt.

 

Paula Ringstad will be the new senior custodian; Marcia Beth Van Gorden, junior custodian; Beth Tharp, inner guard; Diane Jordahl, outer guard.

 

Choir members are Nadine Marshall, Mary Pree, Betty Decker, Barbara Hoeper and Tammy Van Gorden.

 

Adult officers are Mrs. Albert Holt, guardian; Miss Joan Meinholdt, guardian treasurer, and Mrs. Jim Horswill, guardian secretary.

 

Miss Avis Moberg, honored queen for 1964, and her twin sister, Lois Moberg, honored queen for 1963 are to be graduated from the Greenwood High School today (Thursday).
