Pearl Pease assisted Mrs. Susie Benedict with her household duties last week.

 

The ladies aid at Mrs. Stella Mortimer’s last Wednesday was largely attended.  $3.65 was collected.

 

Mrs. Edna Lawrence, Miss Edith ?? and Naomi Lawrence drove down and spent Thursday with Horace Lawrence and family on the Ridge.

 

A.P. Fulwiler and family took Mrs. Kate Fink, who has been here on a visit, to Loyal on Thursday.

 

Wm. Vande Berg had the misfortune to lose a cow Wednesday.

 

Miss Lula Palmer came down from Greenwood Sunday for a few days visit with friends.

 

Mrs. Belle Mortimer spent the latter part of last week with her parents at Marshfield.

 

Ezra Campbell began plastering the schoolhouse in District No. 2 last Monday.

 

Irma & Isla Rowe entertained a group of their girlfriends at a party at their home Friday afternoon.  All had a jolly good time.

 

There will be no services at the M.E. Church next Sunday.
