Pocrnich, Myrtle (7 September 1910 - 1 July 1964)
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock from Calvary Lutheran Church in Neillsville, for Mrs. Louis (Myrtle) Pocrnich, 53, of Neillsville who died July 1. The Rev. E. G. Burtness will officiate. Burial will be made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Pocrnich, the former Myrtle Schultz, was born September 7, 1910, in Neillsville. Her parents were the late Leonard and Anna (Flagg) Schultz. She lived most of her lifetime in Clark County. She was employed in Chicago for several years, returning to this area in 1948. She was married April 20, 1944, to Louis Pocrnich in Neillsville.
Mrs. Pocrnich is survived by her husband; a daughter, Susan, at home; six sisters, Mrs. Howard (Margaret) Clawson of Neillsville, Mrs. Raymond (Lillie) Massie and Mrs. Edward (Leona) Fabry, both of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. William (Mable) Bertrang of Fairchild, Mrs. Vincent (Jannette) Formaggio and Mrs. Kenneth (Donna) Holtz, both of Chicago, Ill.; three brothers, William L. Schultz of Neillsville, Alfred Schultz, of Madison, and Bernard Schultz of Elmhurst, Ill.
The body will be taken from the Georgas Funeral Home at 1 p.m. and will lie in state at the church until the time of the service.
