CARS DAMAGED IN MISHAP ON HIGHWAY 98
A considerable amount of damage resulted from a collision 4 miles west of Spencer on Highway 98 Sunday afternoon.
According to Officer Dale Schultz, who investigated, a car driven by Victor C. Folz, route 1, Stratford, collided with a car being driven by Kenneth R. Stray, route 1, Spencer.
Folz was rounding a curve on Highway 98 and headed northeast when he reached for the cigar lighter and crossed the center line and collided with the Strey car, which was coming from the opposite direction.
No injuries were reported from the accident, but the left sides of both vehicles werre damaged.
