Tom Krejci helped Mr. Tremelling with the work while Mr. Wentworth was gone.

 

Last week Wednesday the Mesdames Lou Hayden, Bert Corey and Truman Davis, with their children, attended the birthday party of Mrs. John Breese.

 

Fred Foemmel Jr. and Arthur Johnson were among those from here to attend the fair at Marshfield.

 

Truman Davis and Will Foemmel each have new corn binders.

 

Lucille Davis made a weekend visit with relatives at Windfall corners.

 

Dr. Ross was called out one day last week to tie up an artery in one of Truman Davis’ horse’s feet which was cut by jumping back on the plow point.

 

John Pietenpol, Lou Hayden and their families spent Sunday with Truman Davis.

 

Fred Foemmel made cheese for A. Johnson last Sunday while the latter and wife went on the booster trip.

 

Truman Davis sold his gray mare to Rella Osgood one day last week.

 

Mrs. Green and daughters from Great Falls, Mont., who have been spending the summer with relatives in Perma, arrived here Monday at the home of their cousin Louis Hayden.

 

The Misses Louise and Amelia Krause spent Sunday evening at R. Corey’s.

 

Ruth Pietenpol was a Sunday guest of Ella Hales.

 

Albert and Lyman Tremelling are visiting at Grandpa Altenburg’s in town since last week.

 

Mrs. Amelia Krause and family attended the golden wedding at Fred Schwerten’s last Sunday.
