Mr. and Mrs. Van Kayser spent the weekend in Eau Claire with their daughter, Mrs. Garfield Freeberg and family. They report the Freeberg home on Putman Heights was badly damaged by the hailstorm in June.
Mr. and Mrs. Gehrmann Radke and children of Milwaukee, who had been camping in northern Wisconsin, arrived Saturday for an overnight visit with her mother, Mrs. Lloyd Spry. They returned to Milwaukee Sunday.
Nancy Spry and her roommate, Delores Matti, both of Marshfield, were weekend guests of Nancy’s mother, Mrs. Lloyd Spry.
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Butzine of Madison, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Otto of rural Neillsville, visited one evening last week at the Ollie Poler home.
Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Poler have returned from a visit of several days with their son, Herbert Hohenstein, and his family in Rockford, Ill. They were accompanied by their daughter, Mrs. Martin Reinart of Merrillan, who visited her son and family there.
Mr. and Mrs. William Schmidtke, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmidtke of the Town of York, left Friday for Ledgerwood, N. D., where they visited until Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schmidtke. The three men are brothers.
