Pleasant Ridge (17 September 1964)
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Delosse were Tuesday visitors at the Floyd Alstot home.
Mrs. Theamore Vine drove to Stevens Point Sunday, taking her daughter, Jean, who began her third year at the college.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hill and family of Elroy were recent weekend guests of her sister, Mrs. Bob Kunze, and her family, and visited other relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Theamore Vine and family visited Friday evening at the Alvin Kissinger home near Chili. Miss Jean Vine visited Saturday evening with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Gerhardt in Neillsville.
Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Klapper and family of Green Bay were Sunday visitors at the Genevieve Hantke home.
Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Bills of Madison were Sunday supper guests of Genevieve Hantke and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Bills returned home after spending two weeks with their daughter, Mrs. Vernon Drescher and her family.
The Couples club was entertained Saturday evening at the Lamoine Anason home.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Klapper of Cecil and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Busse and son of Appleton visited Sunday with area relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Eisentraut have begun digging a basement on the Lyman chase farm, which they purchased this summer. Later, construction of a new addition to the house will be started.
