Ogden, Donald Robert (24 January 1922 - 26 September 1964)
Donald Robert Ogden, 42, of Greenwood was found dead Saturday evening by his wife. He had left the house at 9 p.m. and she found him at approximately 11 p.m. in his car at their home. Death was due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Hill Funeral Home. Burial was made in Greenwood Cemetery.
Donald Ogden was born January 24, 1922, in Seattle, Wash. He married the former Audrey Stout in Illinois. They moved to Greenwood in 1957 and for the last two years have been living with her father. He had been employed in Spencer.
Survivors beside his wife, include: nine children, Arlene, 14, Carla, Mary, Donna and Ginger, Mark, Jack, Erick and John, one year old, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Ogden, of Sacramento, Calif.; and a sister, Mrs. Daryl (Constance) Stout of LaFollette, Ill.
