Roy Lawrence went down to Horace Lawrence’s Monday to fill also at that place and other silos in that vicinity.
Wm. Rowe, Abe Turner and Melvin Lawrence are building a new barn for Emil Schoenfeld.
Dan Timerson hauled a load of wood to Neillsville Monday and one on Saturday.
Wm. Vande Berg laid the wall for Wm. Rowe’s silo, Friday and Saturday.
Louis Vande Berg is on the sick list. Dr. Ross was called Saturday morning.
Edith Learned made an over Sunday stay at Edna Lawrence’s. She returned to her school at lynn on Monday morning.
Miss Pearl Davis and friend Miss Irene Snyder of Marshfield spent a few days between the Jesse Mortimer and M. Benedict homes.
Rev. Bender, the district superintendent, occupied the M.E. pulpit Sunday afternoon.
Mrs. Dean and Mrs. Lawrence spent Friday between the A.P. Fulwiler and E.G. Rowe homes.
Stelloh came up from Neillsville one day last week and set up a new gang plow which John Vande Berg recently purchased from them.
Mrs. Sarah Lindsley and Mable Turner were Neillsville callers Friday.
Word was received here stating that Mrs. Olive Lawrence of Hannibal, Wis. was taken to the Chippewa Hospital last Wednesday. She is suffering with typhoid fever.
Mrs. Sadie Rowe made an over Sunday stay with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Jennie Graves, who recently underwent an operation at the Marshfield hospital.
Glyde and Arleigh Graves are entertaining measles. They are staying at their Grandpa Graves.
