The Halloween party Friday night was a success when viewed in comparison to last year’s party. We are glad so many people turned out to visit the schoolhouse. We are well aware that we are much limited or rather handicapped for want of space, but on one was hurt and many were pleased. No doings pleases all. More doings of a different nature will take palce later.
The committee on arrangements wishes to extend their hearty thanks to those who furnished material for the party, and also those who wer busy with the work. Some of the material has not bee reclaimed up to this time. Please instruct you children to claim their material. The committee is unable to pick out the articles and send them to the right owner. We as a school wish to establish a reputation that all we borrow is promptly returned or paid for.
Miss Brooks is away this week Wednesday attending the matrimonial service of her sister. Miss Myrtle Knorr is taking her place in school.
Some of the standing which will be published will have to be detained until next week.
