Nutter, Brian K. (24 SEP 1955 - 13 FEB 2012)
Brian K. Nutter Sr. of Colby
passed away on Feb. 13, 2012, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital
in Marshfield after succumbing to his battle with
cancer.
He was born on Sept. 24, 1955, in Marin City, Calif., to Warren and
Gertrude Nutter. He met wife Julie in high school. Soon after they
were married in 1976.
He worked at Weinbrenner Shoes in Marshfield, and later drove
semi-truck over the road with his wife for Wiseway Transportation
Services of Hudson. He enjoyed taking his kids, grandkids, very
special nieces, and nephews fishing; and spending summers at a
cottage in Harrison Hills with family.
His children and nieces have fond memories of them camping together
at Sandy Beach Campground in northern Wisconsin.
He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his friends
Jimmer, Mark, Guff and Cory.
He leaves behind his wife Julie and their four children, Jennifer
Nutter of Colby, Brian Jr. (Sandy) Nutter of New Lisbon, Craig
(Amanda) Nutter of Marshfield, and Christina (Alex) Engel of Colby;
12 grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew; along with his sister,
Beverly (Frank) Bloom of Wausau; and his brothers, Greg (Diane)
Nutter of Wausau and Scott (Yvonne) Nutter of Little
Chicago.
He was predeceased by parents, Warren and Gertrude Nutter;
granddaughter, Rebecca (Shorty) Lynn Nutter; and nephew, Frank
William Bloom Jr.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at John J.
Buettgen Funeral Home, Schofield. Visitation will be from 1 p.m.
until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
John J. Buettgen Funeral Home is assisting the
family.

The family would like to especially thank the people of the
Marshfield Clinic Oncology Department, Ministry Saint Joseph's
Hospital CCU and Palliative Care Unit, and the Hope Lodge, all of
Marshfield.
