Mr. and Mrs. Fred Krause and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Peterson spent Sunday at John Barth’s.
Mr. Barney Speeler, Miss Jennie Nelson, Magdalene Carpenter, Laura Ziegahn and Ella Krause spent Sunday at Herman Schultz’s.
Mrs. D.W. Phillips and Miss Hertha Schultz drove out to Granton on Thursday and called on Converse’s, and also on Mrs. Herbert Fradette.
Mrs. Louis Kleinschmidt, Ed and Willie Kleinschmidt, Edward and Edwin Barth, Alex and Linn Cattanach, Gustave Henry, Phillip Kohl, Willie Green and two boys from Milwaukee have left for the deer hunt. Good luck to them.
Miss Myra Phillips has been entertaining the chicken pox since she has been in Dakota.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ziegahn have returned home Tuesday from their trip to Brillion.
Miss Bertha Barth is getting along fine now again.
Mrs. D.W. Phillips and Mrs. Lindsey Clark and daughter Lorraine drove to Marshfield Tuesday to see Mrs. James Clark who is at the hospital.
Mr. Herman Schultz and Martin Nelson were Marshfield callers last Friday. The latter had dental work done.
The deer hunt is a bad season for some. Willie Behling had the fever before he ever got started. Will has to hunt deer at home now.
Would that freeze you. Even Kinsey Cattanach went deer hunting. Wonder what kind.
