Glasby, Emma (9 MAR 1882 - 20 APR 1963)
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon, April 24, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in the town of Green Grove for Mrs. Emma Glasby, 81, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), who died Saturday, April 20, 1963. The Rev. Jerome Wohlfeil officiated and burial was made in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Frank Buss, Walter Krueger, Oscar Kademan, William Anderson, Ray Kobs and Leroy Utke.
The congregation sang "Jesus Live, The Victory’s Won" and the Ladies Aid Society sang "The Saints on Earth and Those Above" and "What God Ordains Is Always Good." Mrs. Vernon Boss was the organist.
Relatives and friends attended the service from Illinois, Indiana, Manitowoc, Wittenburg, Wausau, Marshfield, Spencer, Owen, Loyal, Thorp, Colby, Curtiss and St. Paul.
