Stewardship and educational officers of the American Lutheran Women’s group, and chairmen of the Esther, Naomi and Dorcas circles of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Greenwood, met at the Jerome Bertz home in Loyal Monday afternoon.
A surprise Valentine party was held in honor of Mrs. Christ Keiner at her home Sunday. Children and grandchildren present were: Mr. and Mrs. Frederick (Edith) Gotz of Pittsville; Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Leberg and children, Kim, Bruce II and Brenda, of Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Hugh (Freda) Severson and Miss Louise Keiner. Games furnished entertainment during the afternoon.
Sunday dinner guests at the Godfrey Dyre home were their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joe La Monica of Chicago, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Howard Olsen and daughter, Donna, of Owen; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voie and Duane, and Richard Olson.
Mr. and Mrs. Leon Kuester were guests Saturday of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Shorrey of Barronett.
Mr. and Mrs. Dale Young of Loyal were Sunday dinner guests at the Leon Kuester home.
Ray Ampe and family of Marshfield spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Frieda Ampe and other relatives.
