Miss Nina Cornwell spent last Tuesday with Miss Hertha Schultz.

 

Mr. Martin Nelson spent last week at his home near Ebbe, returning to Herman Schultz’s Saturday evening.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Bulgrin and children called at Kinzie Cattanach’s last Tuesday evening.

 

Miss Lila Cattanach was home during Thanksgiving.

 

Miss Hertha Schultz called on Mrs. Otto Ramer last week Wednesday.

 

Mr. Herman Schultz did some feed grinding for F. Boyd last Thursday.

 

Why not follow the good example of some of our companions and start schooling again.

 

Miss Hertha Schultz is assisting Mrs. Ed Coil with her household duties until Christmas.

 

Mr. August Storm, a saloon keeper, paid a fine of $10 in municipal court last week on a plea of guilty to a charge of giving intoxicants to Frank Bauman and a young Kestel boy, both minors.

 

Mr. Fred Krause sold his farm to a party from Bakerville.

 

Mrs. Arthur Schultz and sisters Hertha, Mabel and Erna Schultz, Myrtle and Florence Krause spent Friday evening at John Barth’s.

 

Mrs. Glen Snow spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Jason Phillips of Chili.

 

Mr. and Mrs. William Krause were Marshfield callers last Friday.

 

Herman Schultz sawed wood for Mr. Wm. Muir, Mrs. Kate McKercher and Mr. Russ Renne last week.

 

Miss Nina Cornwell, who has been employed at Mr. Kinzie Cattanach’s during the past year, returned to her home at Neillsville last Friday.

 

Men who own sawing outfits ought to have clothes made of cast iron so as to save a little work in patching.

 

Miss Hattie Schultz, Bingo and Jip spent Sunday at Barth’s.

 

We have some fine songsters pas on our roads once in a while.
