Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Huber and children of Whitefish Bay were guests a few days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Struble and family.
Mrs. Arthur Flynn was hostess to her bridge club Wednesday afternoon.
The Past Matrons club met Wednesday evening in the Masonic Temple. Hostesses were Elsie Beilfuss, Buddy Langreck and Emilie Albrecht.
Mrs. Wendell Elmhorst of the Town of Grant was the honored guest at a pink and blue shower Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Tom Meredith.
Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Trimberger and family of Antigo spent the weekend visiting at the Della Botnen, Wendell Elmhorst and Wayne Trimberger homes in this area and at the Walter Trimberger home in Granton.
Mrs. Della Botnen visited Saturday in Black River Falls with her mother, Mrs. Nina Woodford. Mrs. Woodford recently fractured a bone in her wrist in a fall in her yard.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert W. Holt spent the weekend visiting their daughter Kay, in Minneapolis, Minn. Enroute they visited their son, Billy, in River Falls.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Swenby and son of New Richmond were weekend guests of Mrs. Swenby’s sister, Mrs. Kenneth Olson and her family.
Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Woodzick spent from Thursday to Sunday in Milwaukee visiting friends and relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Person and family are planning to spend Mother’s Day weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arvid Person, in Rector, Minn., and Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Pinske, in Plato, Minn.
