Marsh, S.M. (Moving to Calif. - JAN 1914)

It is with keen regret that the many friends of S.M. Marsh and family learned of their intention and preparations to leave Neillsville immediately after the first of the year.  They have made all arrangements to go to San Diego, Calif., where Mr. Marsh will engage in and continue his legal practice.  They spent last winter in California and at that time the idea of making their home there came to them, with the result that they will leave here shortly.  Both Mr. and Mrs. Marsh have been prominent in Neillsville’s various fields of activity and their departure will be a sincere loss to the city.  A.L. Devos, who has been associated with Mr. Marsh in the law business for a couple of years, will continue the practice alone.
