NORTH SPENSER

 

Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Driscoll and Miss Marie Schultz were New Year dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Driscoll.

 

Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Phillips and Mr. and Mars B. R. Bombard were New Year dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Phillips and family.

 

Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Driscoll were host and hostess Sunday at a dinner.  The following were present:  Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hayward, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Clark, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Andrews, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Andrews and daughter, Jane, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Driscoll and son, James, Mrs. Marie Schultz and Mrs. Harriet Clark of Unity.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hoff were callers at the Wm. Kobs home Thursday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Phillips were dinner guests at the Warren Hutchins home at Riplinger New Year’s.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Monthe and daughter, Iona, and Mrs. Marie Schultz spent Sunday evening at the Dale Driscoll home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Andrews entertained Miss Mary Hanson of Spencer; Miss Rispah Crowell of Waupaca, and Miss Ina Damon of Washington, D. C., Tuesday at dinner.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Willard Kobs and daughter, Shirley, and Wm. Kobs spent Sunday afternoon at Marshfield.

 

Mrs. F. C. Corbett was hostess to the Double Four Bridge club at her home Monday.  A delicious dinner was served and the afternoon spent in reminiscences of old times in Spencer.
