Kegel, Leo (1896 - 20 OCT 1963)
Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Stetsonville Catholic Church for Leo Kegel, 67, rural route, Owen, who died Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, where he had been a patient for some time. Burial took place at Stetsonville with Father Hart officiating.
Leo Kegel was born in 1896 in the town of Maplehurst, Taylor Co., Wis. He and his twin brother, who died several years ago, had lived together on a farm north of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) their entire life.
Mr. Kegel is survived by a nephew and a niece.
Pallbearers were Arlie Thompson, George Hamm, Archie Hamm, Matt Nowak, Archie Ackerman and Lionel Thibert.
