Greenwood Man Dies (7 March 2012)
A rural Greenwood man is dead following a farming accident Tuesday, Feb. 28. Allen D. Hemann, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clark County Coroner Richard Schliefer.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Department received a 9-1-1 call about 3:45 p.m. indicating a skid steer had rolled over in the Township of mead, trapping someone. Initial investigation shows the victim was operating the skid steer while feeding cattle outside. The skid steer was being operated on a slight grade when it rolled over backwards, trapping the operator inside.
The Greenwood Fire and Ambulance Service responded to the scene.
