Sturtz Amy Rose (1941)

Miss Amy Rose Sturtz of Spencer and Robert Henry Binning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Binning of Unity, exchanged nuptial vows last Wednesday afternoon before the Rev. J. A. Olson, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church of Unity.  The ceremony was performed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Harger in Romeo, guardians of the bride.  Miss Joyce Westfall, Milwaukee attended as maid of honor and Ray Binning, brother of the bridegroom, as best man.  An informal reception followed the ceremony, which was attended by 23 guests, and supper was served.  A large white wedding bell centered a canopy of pink and white streamers above the dining room table.  Mr. and Mrs. Binning spent a few days’ honeymoon at the northern lakes and after their return were at home to their friends in Spencer.
