 DeGraw, Harry O. (04 Nov 1881 - 03 Aug 1959)

Funeral services for Harry DeGraw, who died at his home August 3, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday.  The Rev. David Passett of Spencer officiated.  Pallbearers were Neil Johnston, Vernard Kauffman, Thomas Berg, Jesse Raab, Orin Trindal and Harvey Brussow.

The hymns, "Abide With Me" and "I Know Not What the Future Hath" were sung by James Colby with Mrs. Byron Zepplin as organist.

There were Masonic rites by Lodge No. 335 With Frank Schwanke as Chaplain.  The Mason and Star organizations attended the funeral service in a body.  Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery.

Out of town people who came for the funeral were Orley DeGraw, Peterboro, Ont., Canada; Guy Vanderhoof, Alfred Vanderhoof, Mrs. Maude Sleyster and Mrs. M.N. Hein, Chippewa Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Blank, Cochrane; Mrs. Blanche Brant, Northville, S. Dakota; Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Tennis and son, Conde, S. Dakota; Mrs. Berthold Lenling, Groton, S. Dakota; Mrs. Lydia Vanderhoof and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bymer, Spencer; Mr. Edward Voelker, Marshfield; and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Emling, Abbotsford.
