Orth, Airman Richard S. (Military Notes - 1965)
Airman Richard S. Orth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad J. Orth, Jr., of Colby, has been selected for technical training at Shepard AFB, Tex., as an air force accounting and finance specialist.
Airman Orth recently completed basic military training at Lackland AFB, Tex. His new school is part of the air training command which conducts hundreds of specialized courses to provide technically-trained personnel for the nation’s aerospace force.
The airman, a 1964 graduate of Coby High School, attended Wisconsin State University - Whitewater.
