Chubb, Carolyn Sandra (Marriage - 4 September 1965)

Mr. and Mrs. Earl W. Chubb of Granton announce the marriage of their daughter, Carolyn Sandra, to Sp/4 Edward H. Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Smith of Rt. 2 Granton. They were married September 4, by Capt. Maum M. Kaliomua, Lutheran Chaplain at Fr. Devens, Mass.  The double ring ceremony took place in the hospital chapel in Ft. Devens.

Their attendants were: Sp/4 Thomas and Lynne Levin; Sp/4 William J. Irish and Sp/4 Herman A. Dingle, were the ushers.

A reception was held at the Levin home following the ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith are residing at 17 E. Main St., Apt. 5, Ayer, Mass.  Mr. Smith is undergoing schooling in the army.  He expects to be sent to Africa in November.  Mrs. Smith then plans to return to the home of her parents near Granton, and later will join her husband.
