Neillsville News - by Amber Pischer - Charlie Neff celebrated his 84th birthday March 5. He had nine guests for lunch, including his niece Carol, his friend Bill Barnes and Jeron. Pizza, raspberry torte, pineapple cake and butter pecan cake were served.
