Minsaas, Mable Augusta (25 February 1910 - 25 September 1965)

 

Mrs. Julius Minsaas, 55, of Rt. 1, Willard, was killed September 25 shortly after 7 o’clock when the car she was driving overturned in a field 11 miles northwest of Greenwood in the Town of Mead.

 

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Methodist Church in Fairchild. The Rev. Ralph Walker officiated.  Burial was made in the Fairchild Cemetery.  Funeral services were in charge of the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood.

 

Mrs. Minsaas, nee Mable Augusta Smith, daughter of the late Frank and Jennie (Eisberner) Smith of Fairchild, was born February 25, 1910, southwest of Fairchild. He lived in Fairchild until her marriage to Julius Minsaas, and since then she has resided in the Greenwood area.

 

She is survived by her husband; two brothers, Herman Smith of Fairchild and Carl Smith of Neillsville; two sisters, Mrs. Phillip (Alice) Livermore of Merrill and Mrs. George (Cecilia) Garkowski of Fairchild.
