Fifty three equestrian enthusiasts took part in an overnight trail ride last weekend sponsored by Saddle Tramps, Inc., area riding club. They covered 44 miles in the event. Two chuck wagons brought along food for supper Saturday night, at which 80 were served, and for breakfast Sunday morning, with 59 who had remained overnight present.
Mrs. Harold Prock and Mrs. Alex Gall returned home last week from Bettendorf, Ia., where they visited a few days with their son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Prock and children.
Attorney and Mrs. William E. Schorr and family spent a few days last weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johnson at Siren.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Goller and family of Madison were weekend guests of her brother in law and sister, Dr. and Mrs. R. D. Peters and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Chap Paulson, Mr. and Mrs. Dale D. Schultz, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Allen and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bruhn were among those who attended the Packer-49er football game in Green Bay Sunday.
Guests this week at the Henry Dahnert home are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Randall, Mr. and Mrs. George Randall and Clarence Ochs, of Fond du Lac. The men are spending the time hunting.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Warren spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Warren and family in Ripon, and Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Harris and family in Grafton.
Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Wikum of Edgerton visited her sister, Anita Lautenbach Sunday. They were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Seif. Also there for dinner were Martin Lautenbach, Mrs. Carl Garbisch and Arlo Lautenbach.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert DeMert and family of Whitehall spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar DeMert and Mr. and Mrs. George Frei.
Mrs. Charles Tews returned home Sunday from Neshkoro, where she spent a week visiting her sister, Mrs. Reinhold Luedke. The Luedkes brought her home.
