Luzinski, Felix (27 SEP 1881 - 6 MAY 1960)
Felix Louis Luzinski, age 78, died Friday at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley where he was being treated for coronary heart condition. Mr. Luzinski, a retired farmer, was a resident of Taylor County, Wis. since 1908.
Funeral rites were held Monday morning, May 2 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman, Rev. John Dzurko officiated, and burial was in Meadowbrook cemetery. Pallbearers were Peter Kapsy, Frank Kowalczyk, Joe Wisneski, Julian Piekarz, Pat Baker and Victor Chaplinski.
Born in Poland Sept. 27, 1881, Mr. Luzinski came to this county in 1901, settling in Massachusetts. He and Minnie Katryck, who survives, where married at Stanley Aug. 6, 1905. They moved to their present home in the town of Ford seven years ago.
Surviving besides the widow are eight children, Joe and John, South St. Paul; Leon, Kelso, Wash.; Clara Fitzpatrick, Cornell; Peter, Chicago; Walter, South St. Paul; Stanley, Gilman, and Bernard, Chicago; two brothers, Frank and Teofil, Thorp; and a sister Marie living in Poland. There are 23 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Two daughters and a son preceded him in death.
