Romadka (13 October 1911)
H. A. Schlinsog hauled cheese to Granton Tuesday.
Mrs. Jap Spry and children spent Sunday afternoon at her sister’s Mrs. Bill Smith.
The farmers in this vicinity are busy filling silos.
Paul Handt called on Robert Strey Sunday evening.
Ernst Schlinsog and best girl drove down to South Grant Sunday on visit to the former’s parents.
Mrs. Will Sanger and children, Miss Clara Schmidtke, Will Jacobi and Fred Scholtz were Sunday visitors at H. A. Schlinsog’s.
The Misses Minnie Dietrich of South Grant and Olga Vogelton of Sheboygan County visited at Robert Strey’s home Saturday and Sunday.
A large crowd of young people surprised Ernest Schlinsog Saturday evening at the home of his brother Fred. The evening was spent in dancing. Rex Kidd and Sam Martin furnished the music. All reported a good time.
Lightning rod agents are plentiful around here this week, doing their best to keep the farmers back from work.
