F. Helm was a business caller at Neillsville the first of the week.
Mrs. Geo. Brooks is on the sick list.
Mrs. Elizabeth Montag visited her son Herman at Chili last week.
Miss Martha Nitschke spent last week at the Ridge sewing for Mrs. C. Kuechenmeister.
Mrs. R. T. Washburn left last Friday for Millston where she visited for a few days.
Robert Nankivil and J. Kittoe transacted business here recently.
R. T. Washburn and Otto Gruner autoed to Marshfield, Wednesday.
Mr. C. Heckert of Appleton was a visitor at the C. Becker home one day last week.
Mrs. Frank Preston and Miss Gertrude Holmes spent Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. R. T. Washburn.
Mrs. Fred Riedel of Potter visited relatives here last week.
Frank Preston, R. T. Washburn and John Breseman went to Black River Falls Wednesday to see the destruction caused by the flood.
Miss Gertrude Holmes held a Bible reading meeting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Max Opelt Wednesday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. John Altenburg Sr. and daughters, Etta and Emma, also granddaughter Lucile visited at Heathville Sunday.
Max Opelt autoed to Marshfield Wednesday with Jim Martin of Plymouth and Misses Ruby and Gertie Martin and Lillie Opelt.
Erwin Brooks, J. Helm and John Ure were at Black River Falls on Sunday.
Max Opelt was taken quite sick Sunday, but at this writing is very much improved under the care of Dr. Schultz.
Dave Garbush, H. Winters and John Altenburg hauled cheese to Granton Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Kittoe and Mrs. J. Jeffery of Benton are visitors at the Nankivil home east of town. Mr. Kittoe and Mrs. Jeffery are brother and sister to Mrs. Nankivil.
