SPENCER NEWS
Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Hutchins spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Hubert of Owen.
Mrs. Martha Schwantes spent last week with her son, Arthur and family in town of Brighton.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Klein and son, Russell, were Sunday visitors at the Frank Mellenthine home west of Spencer.
The Wisconsin Fur farmers are holding their annual Picnic Sunday at Wildwood park. Guy Ingham is one of the committee for arrangements.
T. A. Tack and daughter, Lucille, made a business trip to Oshkosh last Thursday. On their return trip they stopped at Silver Lake, Wautoma, with friends, reaching home Friday.
The summer session of the State Teachers college is over and Mrs. John Witt, Henry Rust and Miss Charlotte Hol [remaining text missing from copy]
