Miss Vera Sherholtz visited Mrs. John Martin this week Thursday.
Adolph Beil of Chili hauled away the last of his belongings from the old place here in Lynn.
Mrs. Elsie Montag entertained the Carnation Art Club on Thursday. A delicious supper was served.
Ernest Dietrich and the Misses Bertha and Elda Helm, Laura Steinbach and Lydia Pusheck attended a husking bee one evening last week at the Ridge.
A little brother of Elsie Snyder spent last week with her, returning home Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Nitschke were Neillsville callers Friday.
Mr. A Rueth of Heathville transacted business at this place Tuesday and also was a caller at John Altenburg’s.
R. T. Washburn, Max Opelt, Frank Preston, R. Mayhew and Alvin Grassman went duck hunting last week and returned with all the law would allow them.
Max Opelt autoed to Loyal and Greenwood Monday.
Mrs. John Breseman and Mrs. Jake Breseman were Granton callers Tuesday.
Miss Hill gave her school a Halloween Party Wednesday afternoon. The party was a surprise to most of the children.
R. T. Washburn autoed to Pittsville Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo Brooks spent Sunday afternoon at the E. F. Brooks home.
Miss Lillie Opelt entertained the Busy Bee Embroidery Club Saturday afternoon.
