Again the death angel visited our community as Mr. Wm. Scholtz was frozen to death on his way home last Friday night. He had been working in the woods and attempted to walk out from Neillsville. He was discovered by Mr. Kissling Saturday afternoon. The heartfelt sympathy of all goes out to the bereaved family. Paul Sholtz, who had had employment at Gotham, Wis., came home immediately in response to the telegram of his father’s death.
The Ladies’ Aid Society was very nicely entertained by Mrs. Ezra Sherrett last Thursday.
Ross Galbreath sold four cows last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hunter formerly of this place, are proud parents of a baby girl.
