Miss Sadie Bass had a tumor removed from the palm of her hand, Thursday. Dr. Rath performed the operation. She is doing nicely at this writing.
Blum Bros. of Marshfield and brother-in-law Ed Wrough from West Bend spent from Friday until Sunday with F. Preston and enjoyed a deer hunt. They were fortunate enough to see a few deer tracks.
Miss Zimmendorf of Dewhurst, spent from Saturday until Monday with Miss Agnes Krause.
August Reimer and Otto Yankee returned from their northern deer hunt without having to use their coupons.
Mr. Ray Odekirk and Irvin Glines of Fond du Lac came Saturday for a visit with Ralph Mayhew and wife. Mr. Glines returned home Thursday. Mr. Odekirk a cousin of Mrs. Mayhew is here for an extended visit.
Alvin Grassman shot a deer Tuesday.
Miss Sadie Bass stayed with Mrs. Schmoll at Granton from Thursday until Saturday.
John Schier is on the sick list.
Mrs. Smith of Loyal visited the past week with her daughter, Mrs. Otto Yankee.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Anding returned to their home in Altoona Saturday.
Will Breseman who has been working in Neillsville returned home Thursday.
Anna Riedel was a Lynn caller Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wiesner and daughter, Otellia spent Tuesday in Granton.
