Mrs. Will West is home from the Neillsville Hospital since last week Thursday and is gaining slowly.
Mrs. Wm. Ruege is visiting her daughter at Oshkosh since late last week.
Veda Selves is very ill since Sunday and under the doctor’s care, suffering from what appears to have been a partial paralytic stroke.
Arlo Huckstead went to Waupun on business Tuesday.
Mrs. Sarah Selves is here helping to care for her granddaughter Velda, a young girl who is alarmingly ill since Sunday.
A wood cutting bee at Henry Carter’s Monday made a fine showing and all had a good time.
Mr. and Mrs. Ted Selves spent Sunday at Geo. Howard’s.
Mrs. Clemens Kuechenmeister spent Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Will West.
Mrs. Albert Scholtz is sick and under the doctor’s care since Wednesday.
Drs. Bachman and Matheson had a consultation over Veda Selves last Wednesday and promise her parents to have her much improved within the next ten days.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wren’s little 16 month old son, Gilbert Arthur, was severely scalded late last week when the little one accidentally tipped a pan of boiling potato water over himself. Indications are now that the child will eventually be okay again.
