Sp/4 David L.
Carter, who has been stationed with the Army in Nuremberg, Germany, since July
1966, has been spending a 60-day leave in Neillsville with his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Carl Carter and family on Oak Street. Sp/4 Carter is scheduled to leave
from San Francisco, Cal., July 26 for a tour of duty in Vietnam, and will be
stationed near Saigon. He enlisted for six years and was trained as a heavy duty
equipment operator at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.
