Auberg, Ardelle (17 APR 1916 - 10 OCT 2012)

Ardelle Auberg 96, of Owen passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Father Keith Kitzhaber will officiate. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the church. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in the Town of Hixon. Pallbearers will be; Tom Mueller, Colynn Auberg, Dan Poppe, Fred Manke, Jeff Peterson, Robert Auberg, Ben Mueller, Jacob Hartley and Brent Mueller.

Ardelle was born April 17, 1916 to Albert J. and Alice (Clifford) LePage in Blueberry, WI. She attended Owen schools and was a graduate of Owen High School. Her marriage to Bernard Auberg took place on July 16, 1936 in Rib Lake. Ardelle was a housewife and worked at Master Package in Owen and Withee Mercantile for a number of years.

Ardelle enjoyed bowling, cooking, baking and was a chocolate fanatic, she was an excellent homemaker. Her wit and humor made it a joy to be around her.

She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, its PCCW and Saint Rita's Circle.

Ardelle is survived by her children; Luella "Toodie" Bonk of Withee, Lanny (Kathryn) Auberg of Surprise, AZ and Jeff (Christie Brooks) Auberg of Abbotsford, a daughter-in-law; Kathleen Auberg of Medford, grandchildren; Debra (Jim) Peterson, Sandy (Jim Salter) Hartley, Vicki Mueller, Cheryl (Mark) Manke, Tom (Kari) Mueller, Eric (Sue) Auberg, Dawn (Dan) Poppe, Barb (John) Kubsch, Colynn (Emily) Auberg, Grant (Korina) Auberg, Tammy Parker, and Angela Auberg, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister-in-law; Betty LePage of Owen.

Ardelle is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Bernard Auberg , stepfather; Roy Pethers, son; Ronald Auberg, a daughter in infancy, brothers; Archie, Clarence, Raymond, Edward and Nick LePage and Charles Pethers, sisters; Ida Stein, Agnes Dalbeck and three sisters in infancy; Laura, May and Edith
