Brasier, Gerald (abt. 1935-

Rev. Norbert King offered a Mass of Requiem Friday morning
at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church for Gerald W. Brasier, 26, who died Sunday, May
7, in Salina, Kansas. Burial was made in the Gate of Heaven cemetery in
Marshfield.
Pallbearers were Jerome Davel, Russell Cook, Darryl Roder,
Robert Langfeldt, Norman Wolf and Ted Zettler.
Military graveside rites
were conducted by the American Legion Post of Loyal, with Oscar Fricke serving
as squad commander and William Theisen and Everett Helms as color guards. The
firing squad including Byron Zepplin, John A. Olsen, Wilbur Kehrberg, Dale
Kauffman, Duane Hoffman, Percy Voight, Edd Dobbe and Henry Boe.
Relatives
and friends from out of town attending the funeral services were: Mrs. Emma
Motard, Mrs. Eunice Cattelin, Mrs. Homer Cayo and Mrs. Steve Osiezonek,
Kingsford, Michigan; Mrs. Merwin Rossow, Eugene Oregon; Mr. and Mrs. Jerome
Brecht, DePere; Mrs. Gregg Vallard and Mrs. Clarence Vallard, Appleton; Mr. and
Mrs. Donald Kier, Nasonville; Mrs. Frank Borofka, Mr. and Mrs. William Borofka,
Mr. and Mrs.John Schlegel, Miss Adelaide Borofka, Marshfield; and A/2C Fred
Esper of Salina, Kansas, who served as military escort for the bodt from Salina
to Loyal.
