Volland, Diane Alice
(Marriage - 15 July 1967)
Miss Diane Alice Volland, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. William Volland of Rt. 3, Neillsville, exchanged nuptial vows Saturday in
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville, uniting her in marriage with Charles
Franklin Aumann, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Aumann of Rt. 3 Neillsville. The
Rev. George M. Nelson performed the ceremony.
The bride, given in
marriage by her father, chose for her wedding a white floor-length sheath-style
dress, the silk organza skirt of which was accented by lace appliqués. A lace
bodice topped the Empire gown. Her bridal attire featured a chapel train
attached to the shoulders. A bouffant illusion veil was secured to a floral
cluster headpiece with pearl trim. She carried a bouquet of red roses.
Mrs. Anton Langreck, sister of the groom, was matron-of-honor. Bridesmaids were
Mrs. Laura Gurney and Miss Sharon Volland, both of Rt. 3 Neillsville. The
bridesmaids wore pink dresses and carried pink roses and mint green carnations.
Anton Langreck of Neillsville was bestman. Groomsmen were Raymond
Pagenkopf and Donald Pagenkopf of Neillsville. Devere Krejci and Lewis Grap
ushered.
Mrs. Aumann is a 1965 graduate of Neillsville High School, from
which Mr. Aumann was graduated in 1961. The newly-married couple is residing
south of Neillsville.
