L.N. Thomas, 81, died Thursday, April 12, 1962, about 7 a.m. at St. Rita’s Nursing Home in Kansas City, Kansas. He was the father of Mrs. W.W. Trindal.

Memorial services were from the Simmons Chapel at 11 a.m. Saturday. Rev. B.W. Hughes, pastor of the Methodist Church there, officiating. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Russell (Lucille) Schierbaum, Kansas City; Mrs. W.W. (Dorothy) Trindal, Loyal; and a son, George E. Thomas of Kansas City.

He was a cousin of Roy Thomas of Loyal. Mrs. Thomas died in January of 1961.

Attending from here were Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Trindal and Roy Thomas.
