August Worchel is visiting his daughter in Iowa.
Elsie and Clara Hemp returned Friday from their visit at Wausau.
Oswald Pischer and family and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hillert of Grant autoed up in
the latter's car Sunday and visited at the G. Mallig home.
Paul Gurgle is threshing in this vicinity now.
Ruth Crockett of Levis spent a few days with Elsie Henchen recently.
George Hoffman of Co. A. visited his father and other relatives here from
Wednesday until Thursday noon.
Emma Kunkel came home from Green Lake Saturday.
The Lutheran Kinderfest will be held in the grove near the church this coming
Sunday, Sept. 9th. Services begin at 10:30 a.m.
Wm. Glasow is visiting his son Will and wife at St. Paul and attending the
Minnesota State Fair.
The Herman Thiede family and Mrs. Schwerten of Granton called on friends here
Sunday.
Mrs. Caroline Lustig of Lynn, who is visiting her daughter near Tioga, attended
church here Sunday morning.
Gus Grap has a Ford car.
Hulda Dudei visited her sister Mrs. Carl Radke on Sunday.
Clara Henchen visited friends and relatives near Granton last week.
