Morris, Blanche (postal department appointment - 25 Feb 1915)
As a result of the civil service examination recently held for a position as
assistant in the local post office, Miss Blanche Morris was recommended to the
postal department and has received her commission. She will regularly assume her
work on March 1st. Miss Morris has been the valued assistant of Miss Elizabeth
Kennedy, county superintendent of schools, for some time, in which capacity she
rendered faithful and efficient service. Her friends are particularly pleased
that she received the postal position.
