News is scarce, everybody is cutting corn after the hard frost Sunday night.
School commenced Monday with Elsie Johnson as teacher.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Happe were at Withee on Sunday.
M. Ehrhardt left Monday for Milwaukee to attend the fair.
Miss Hilda Ehrhardt came home Tuesday from Eau Claire.
Miss Elsie Ehrhardt of Madison spent a few days at home.
Earl Hillman left Tuesday for his home at Eau Claire.
Carl Happe filled silo for Munce Eibergen on Wednesday.
Mr. Bergeman of Granton was a caller at Carl Happe's Monday afternoon.
Mrs. Carl Happe has been having a gathering in her ear. The doctor had to lance
it Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Christenson of Withee called at C.A. Happe's Monday evening.
