Mrs. Ed Gall and children returned to Park Falls Friday after an extended visit
here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Scheel Sr. and other relatives.
The Kinderfest Sunday was a success in spite of the cold weather.
The Misses Busch of Alma Center visited their sister Mrs. John Mou over Sunday.
Julia Timmley of Stanley is teaching in the Seif District and boards at Aug.
Worchel's.
Arthur Thoma returned Tuesday from the southern part of the state, coming by
auto with Edward Koeppel of Helenville.
Herman Riedel and family of Granton were here for the church picnic Sunday.
Ottilie Mitte and Anna Scheel came home from Beloit on Tuesday.
The Globe school started Monday with Clara Ketel of Neillsville as teacher.
Ernest Scheel and little daughter Helen, and his sister-in-law, Sophie Kinn,
autoed over from Turtle Lake to attend the wedding of his sister. They returned
home Sunday.
Otto Schultz has a 7-passenger Overland car.
Frieda Henchen came home from Dubuque, Iowa, Saturday, as she has been sick.
A party was given in honor of Ottilie Mitte Sunday evening.
Everybody is busy cutting corn.
There will be no church Sunday, as the pastor will be absent to Marathon City
where he officiates at a mission festival.
Elsie Henchen is teaching at the Weston brick school this year.
Fred Behling of Marshfield attended the church picnic her Sunday.
August Worchel returned from his visit in Iowa on Tuesday of this week.
