Haraldson, Joye Caroline (Marriage - 5 August 1967)

A double ring candlelight ceremony was held Saturday evening, August 5, at Zion Lutheran Church in Rake, Ia., uniting in marriage Joye Caroline Haraldson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur W. Haraldson of Rake, and Eugene H. Schutte, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schutte of Neillsville. The Rev. M. W. Tolo conducted the ceremony at 8 p.m.

Miss Janice Albrigtson of White Bear Lake, Minn., was the organist. Mrs. Phillip Peters of Minneapolis was the vocal soloist.

The bride given in marriage by her father, was attended by close friends, Mrs. Edward Davidge, Jr., of Flint, Mich., as maid of honor; bridesmaid was her sister-in-law, Mrs. William K. Haraldson of Minneapolis, Minn.

Gerald Scholze of Minneapolis, a cousin of the groom, was best man. Groomsman was Dennis Schutte of Neillsville, brother of the groom. Ushers were William K. Haraldson of Minneapolis and Kenneth Lindstrom of White Bear Lake, a cousin of the groom.

The bride a graduate of Rake Community High School and Mankato State College in Mankato, Minn., is teaching in Independent School District 624, in White Bear Lake. A graduate of the Neillsville High School and Wisconsin State University – River Falls, the groom also is teaching in the White Bear Lake School.
