Mrs. Minnie Buddinger, 90, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), died early Monday morning at
Memorial Hospital in Neillsville. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m.
Wednesday at the Zion Lutheran Church in Granton with Rev. L.E. Schreiber
officiating. Burial was made in the York Center Cemetery.
The Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton was in charge of the arrangements.
The former Minnie Luebke was born Oct. 27, 1872, in Manitowoc and was married to
August of 1892 to Peter Buddinger, who died in 1950. They lived on a farm in the
town of York until their retirement when they moved to Granton. For the past ten
years she has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Clara White, in Loyal. She
was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Clara White, Loyal, and Mrs. Hugo (Minnie)
Trimberger, Granton; two sons, William, Granton, and George, Neillsville; a
step-daughter, Mary Kubat, Neillsville; 16 grandchildren; 24
great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a brother, Fred Luebke,
Neillsville.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, three
daughters, five brothers and five sisters.
