Converse called at Lue Smith’s last Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Free Converse spent
Saturday and Sunday with Mrs. Melvina Wright in Granton.
Our items last week must have
taken the longest way round, as they were two days on the road between us and
the Editor.
Miss Leona Downer entertained a
number of young friends Sunday afternoon, in honor of her eleventh birthday.
Maud Smith spent Saturday night
with Beatrice Pietenpol.
Frances Smith spent Friday
afternoon with Annetta Berg.
Mrs. Melvina Wright visited with
relatives and friends in the neighborhood, Thursday and Friday.
Leo Chapel and family Sunday-ed
at Ed Coil’s.
Miss Florence Converse is
spending the week between the R. Rath and Homer Downer families in Granton.
Julius Lautenbach baled hay this
week for Fred Hankey, Lue Smith and Oscar Jahr.
Ernest Lee enjoyed a visit from
Ed Short of Spokeville Monday.
Lue Smith and wife and Cedric
spent Sunday evening at Oscar Jahr.
Gustave Heinrich and family
Sunday-ed with Mrs. Amelia Converse.
Frank Gardner’s have a baby
daughter born Friday.
