LUCY WILSON
Mrs. Lucy Wilson, wife of Rubin Wilson of
Christie, Clark County, died at her home on Tuesday, June 20, 1893,
at 5 p.m., from paralysis, at the age of 68 years, less two
days.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Ellisburg, Jefferson Co., N.Y., married Mr.
Wilson in 1841, and moved from New York to Jefferson Co., Wis.,
1863. Deceased leaves a husband and two children, George Wilson of
Neillsville and Mrs. Henry Jones of Christie.
The funeral services were held at the house at 2 p.m. Wednesday,
officiated over by Rev. Hendren of Greenwood. The remains will be
interred in the Christie Cemetery.
