SERVICES HELD FOR LIZZIE KADOLPH, LOYAL
Lizzie Kadolph, age 87, Loyal, Clark County, died at 9:25 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 1975 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. The funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 13 at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. David Wenger officiating. Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery. Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Lizzie (Clouse) Kadolph was born Sept. 29, 1888 at Loyal. She
attended rural Loyal schools. She was married to Ben Clouse on
Sept. 18, 1912 at Loyal. He preceded her in death on Jan. 5, 1960.
They farmed east of Loyal for about 30 years, until 1942 when they
moved to the City of Loyal in retirement.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Marie) Ott, Eau
Claire one sister, Mrs. Lawrence (Hulda) Bowman, Merrillan two
brothers, Ernest, Merrillan Wallace, Wausau and one grandchild. She
was also preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Pallbearers were Roger Clouse, Richard Clouse, Russell, Clouse,
Harold Dunn, Donald Smith and Edward Bowman. The singers were Mrs.
Erwin Dux and Mrs. Verland Dux. The organist was Mrs. Gladys Olson.
The songs that were sung were Beyond the Sunset and Old Rugged
Cross.
