MRS. MARION BENEDICT PASSES AWAY FRIDAY
Mrs. Marion Benedict died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. H.
Stafford, Friday morning at two o'clock.
Deceased was 78 years and 1 month old and had suffered her third
stroke of paralysis. She had made her home here with her daughter
for the past 17 months.
She is survived by one son, Wm. Benedict of Janesville, Wis., and
two daughters, Mrs. J. H. Stafford of this city and Mrs. U. E.
Gleason of Janesville. Her husband died nine years ago.
Mrs. Benedict was a good woman and had a large circle of friends
here. She had been an invalid for some time.
The body was taken to Janesville, Wis., her old home for burial.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Mr. and
Mrs. Stafford accompanied the body to Janesville.
